The Sierra Freedom Alliance is a grassroots movement rooted in the heart of the Eastern Sierra, proudly based in Bishop, CA. We’re everyday folks—ranchers, small business owners, families, and neighbors—united by a shared love for our region’s rugged beauty, pioneer spirit, and independent way of life. Founded in 2025, we’re here to protect the values that make our community strong: personal liberty, local control, and respect for our heritage.
Unlike progressive groups pushing restrictive regulations or outsider agendas, we stand for the Eastern Sierra’s true priorities. We advocate for water rights to support our ranchers, sensible land use that honors property owners, and policies that keep our businesses thriving. From the Owens Valley to Mammoth Lakes, we’re committed to ensuring our voices—not distant bureaucracies—shape our future. Whether it’s preserving our mining and ranching history or defending Second Amendment freedoms, we’re about action that puts our community first.
Ready to stand with us? Visit our Events page for upcoming gatherings, follow us on Facebook, or email info@sierrafreedomalliance.org to share ideas or volunteer. Together, we’ll defend the Eastern Sierra we know and love.
